Webcomic artist

Hello, I’m Emily Walkerow and I go by Drawingale on my socials.
My webcomic is called “Aeria” on Webtoon.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing. Writing and art are equally important to me, which is why I present my stories in a visual format. I prefer to write fantasy/sci-fi/supernatural/romance, while Studio Ghibli and anime have largely influenced my art style. For my comic, I work mostly traditionally with watercolor (adding speech bubbles and some visual effects in digital). Recently I’ve been experimenting with watercolor in digital work.

I have no experience in a professional setting and have gained my comic layout skills through reading other webcomics on Webtoon and experimentation. I want to reach a broader audience with my webcomic and join the pros.
